You've made it to the Contact page. That means that you either have a problem that is not in the FAQs or Troubleshooting areas, or you just want to leave feedback for the Netcast staff.

Please make sure that you run through the "Connection Issues" section before contacting us, as the solution may already be listed, providing you with immediate resolution of a problem. Also, please try to be as descriptive as possible about the problem. When troubleshooting, it is far better for our tech staff to have too much information than not enough!
Minimum Information We Need In Order To Assist You:

Operating System Windows, Mac, Open-Source

What Version Windows (98/Me/2000/XP, Vista), Mac OS X (10.3, 10.4, 10.5), Linux (Redhat, SUSE, Ubuntu, etc)

Location Are you currently on or off of the USF campus?

Your Connection Type USF LAN (dorms, classrooms), USF Wireless, Broadband (Road Runner, Verizon), or 56k analog dialup.

What video are you having problems with? Please provide the URL for the problematic link, such as: http://netcast.usf.edu/live/asx/cnn.asx

Full Description of the Problem Are you getting a broken link? Are the streams not responding? Have the videos worked for you before? Have you changed anything recently? What have you tried up until now?
